These terms govern your use of Nimanto at nimanto.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Nimanto lets hosts design digital invitations, share them by link, and collect RSVPs. Free templates are free to design, publish and share. Premium templates require a one-time payment before an invitation built from them can be published.
Accounts
You must be 16 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password private. Collaborators you add can edit your events and see your guests, so add people you trust.
Your content and your guests
You keep ownership of the text, photos and music you upload. You grant us a licence to store, process and display them solely to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload, including music, and that you have permission to share your guests’ contact details with us. Send invitations only to people who would expect to hear from you.
Acceptable use
Do not use Nimanto to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate others, to collect data deceptively, or to publish unlawful, hateful or infringing content. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that breach these rules.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. A premium template purchase applies to one invitation. If a premium invitation cannot be published because of a fault on our side, we will fix it or refund the purchase. Extra date-change unlocks are non-refundable once used.
Published invitations
A published invitation is a public web page for anyone who has its link. Personal guest links are unique but not secret; do not rely on them as authentication. You can unpublish an event at any time, after which the link stops working.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by e-mail. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: hello@nimanto.com.
